Spend day one exploring Cappadocia’s Red Tour sights, from Goreme Open-Air Museum and Pasabag to Pigeon Valley and Uchisar. Day two takes you to Mount Erciyes for seven hours of snow activities, equipment, one cable-car ride, lunch, and instruction. Guides may include Veysel Yasar or Sevda Aksoy.

Leave Goreme at about 9:30am for Mount Erciyes, roughly an hour away. Your guide helps you choose ski clothing, boots, glasses, and skis, then teaches basic technique before several hours on the snow. Yucel is one named guide. Pickup covers Goreme, Uchisar, Avanos, Urgup, Ortahisar, Mustafapasa, and Ibrahim Pasha.
